Mamma Mia...Broadway hit musical sells out @ Pantages Theatre! ABBA - DABBA - DO!

I was dashing up Hollywood Boulevard ("Walk of the Stars") on Friday night, when a crush of fans of the Broadway Musical genre nearly bowled me over, as they ecstatically swarmed out of the Pantages Theatre production of "Mamma Mia" still on an adrenalin high.

The producers of the hit stage show - which features a whole raft of catchy upbeat dream-like tunes by ABBA - have tossed up their magical tent in town and are now entertaining sold-out crowds in Hollywood.

"It was a beautiful show," gushed one middle-aged man, who I bumped into unexpectedly on the bustling street, as he headed home elated.

While the film version of "Mamma Mia" was a flop (starring talented Meryl Streep and sexy actor hunk Pierce Brosnan) , I anticipate that the stage production will play strong and to repeat audiences again and again.

What do you expect from a smattering of old nostalgic "Dancing Queens" pining for their youth?

See 'ya there!
